Are You Also A Recording Studio?

We get asked this question quite a bit; the answer is no, we are not a recording studio. We are not a record label, nor do we provide any sort of recording equipment for recording your music. We are strictly a rehearsal workspace made for you and your band to create music. It is a safe and secure environment that is kept clean and respectful where you can get away to effectively practice and create. Though, you are welcome to use your own recording equipment if you would like.

What Are The Rules?

There are a few general rules that we have here at Gemini Rehearsal Studios in Orange County. The most important of them all is to be safe and use your head. Using common-sense can help avoid a number of problems and situations. Other more specific, site-wide rules include but are not limited to:

  • No use of alcohol or drugs of any kind on-site.
  • Vandalism or damage of any kind to the property will not be tolerated.
  • No violence or fighting of any sort.
  • The rehearsal studios are to be used only for rehearsal and the recording of music.
  • Non-payment and late fees may result in the termination of the contract with no deposit refund.
  • Please shut and make sure that all doors are locked at all times to maintain security.

Can I Live There?

Nope. Not only is that not the type of environment we want to cultivate here at Gemini Rehearsal Studios, but we are not equipped to handle full-time occupants. We don’t have the proper amenities for you to be able to live on-site, and we are not zoned for residential use. In order to legally have people live at any given property, the city must zone the space residential. Gemini Rehearsal Studios is zoned for commercial use. Please do not try to live on the property, not only is it illegal, but it is very easy to tell when people are trying to live in their rehearsal studios.
